This site is run by We Buy Homes!, with help from a small team and the software they use to run it. This page explains what the site collects, who sees it, and how to make it stop.
Only what you hand over: your name, email, phone number, property address and whatever you write in the message box. The site also records ordinary technical details — the page you landed on, the ad or link that sent you, your rough location from your IP address, and the type of device you used.
To answer you, to price and discuss a property, and to keep a record of the conversation. We also count how many people fill out the form so we know which pages and ads are worth keeping.
Your contact details and conversation may be shared with team members who work on your inquiry, and with the service providers that run the site, store the messages and send the email or text replies. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to anyone else for their own marketing.
Leaving a phone number and submitting the form is your consent to be called or texted about your inquiry. Texting from this site runs on a registered 10DLC campaign, the carrier program that approves business messaging in the United States — registration ties every message to this business, the brand shown on the site, and this policy.
Expect a handful of messages about your property, not a marketing list. Reply STOP to any text to end them, or HELP for contact details. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The site sets a small number of cookies to keep the pages working and to count visits and form submissions. Ad platforms may be told that a submission happened so the spend can be measured, without the contents of your message.
Inquiries are kept as long as needed to work the deal and to meet record-keeping rules, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will, unless a contract or the law says we have to keep it.
You can ask what is on file about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. You can opt out of texts with STOP and out of emails with the unsubscribe link. Ask us not to call and we will not call.
This site is for adults doing property business. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their details.
